How Long Does it Take to Make Our Items
All of our items, whether they be shop designs or custom, are made at time of order, please allow 7-10 business days for production prior to shipment. Additional production time may be needed if design proof approval is requested. Once an item ships, it may take 24-48 business hours to show your order history tracking information. Please be patient and know that your item will arrive within the timeframe as shown under Shipping Information below. For estimated arrival please review destination shipping timeframes. Priority or Express shipping may be available on custom products. If you are ordering for a specific need by date, Please contact us for assistance at time of order.

Creating the Finished Product
Only the best water based pigment inks are used in the direct printing process of all designs, patterns and personalization right onto the fabric. A wide variety of dye sublimation processes are used to re-create the pattern and design so that the resulting image is seen throughout the fabric from edge to edge, seam to seam for a full and uniform design. Artwork is NOT PRINTED nor Screen-printed nor heat set decal-- but is actually completely DYED into the fabric and won't bleed out or transfer. The item selected is then cut and sewn together to form the final product whether it be a Tote, Bag, Pillow or other Home and Fashion Accessory. It is truly a unique and expertly crafted, tailored item made to order.

Tote Bags Care Instructions:
Before cleaning the bag, remove all the items from bag. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME: During normal periods (excluding holidays, weekends, natural mishaps or events) Shipping is based on the method of shipping shown below for your specific ship to destination. Timeframes are approximate and delays may occur during busier times of the year, Holiday, or unforeseen or natural occurrences, out of our control.Orders shipped to Canada or Global Countries may experience customs delays, not within our control, which may add to transit time.

PRODUCTION TIMEFRAME: Once we receive your design PROOF confirmation approval your item will go into production. Normal production times (excluding holiday times) is 7-9 business days. That is the number of days it takes us to setup the design, process and print your item. This excludes design proof and receipt of your approval confirmation. The earlier we receive your design proof approval the quicker we can get your item to production and ship it to you.The combination of the longest production times, along with approval time, plus shipping times, is the timeframe you can expect to receive your item by. We are not responsible for delays incurred by the shipper due to, shipper routing errors, natural occurrences,weather or mishaps.
